Ingredients
Parfait
- 250g cooked quinoa (we used a pre-cooked pouch)
- 2 pears, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 300g kefir yoghurt (we used Bio&Me vanilla)
Toppings
- 3 tbsp mixed seeds
- 3 tbsp nut butter
Method
- First, set out three serving jars or glasses in advance.
- Sprinkle your chopped pears with cinnamon. Then, start to add a layer of quinoa to each glass, followed by the yoghurt, then your pear.
- Repeat the layers as needed, aiming for three layers in each glass, depending on the size of your glasses before topping with your mixed seeds and nut butter. Serve up immediately and enjoy!
