Your gut microbes thrive on variety, and this bowl delivers. Packed with tropical fruit, kefir, flaxseed (and a sneaky serving of frozen cauliflower for extra creaminess), this smoothie bowl contains 16g of fibre and 15g of protein alongside a diverse mix of plant foods your gut bugs love.

Ingredients

  • 80g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small frozen banana, peeled
  • 150g mixed tropical frozen fruit (we used pineapple, papaya, mango)
  • 125ml kefir (we used Bio&Me vanilla kefir drink)
  • 1tbsp ground flaxseed

Optional toppings:

  • Kiwi
  • 2tsp hemp seeds
  • 30g granola (we used Bio&Me blueberry granola)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice. Enjoy!
