Ingredients
- 80g frozen cauliflower
- 1 small frozen banana, peeled
- 150g mixed tropical frozen fruit (we used pineapple, papaya, mango)
- 125ml kefir (we used Bio&Me vanilla kefir drink)
- 1tbsp ground flaxseed
