This delicious combination of ginger, lemon and thyme, alongside fizzy fermented tea aka kombucha and pear will be a refreshing hit. It can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. You could even try and mix this recipe up with the addition of different fruits and herbs.

Ingredients
Pear & ginger spritz
- 1 pear, peeled & grated
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ginger or ginger & lemon kombucha (ideally no sweeteners)
- vodka (optional)
- fresh thyme springs
- ice
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together the pear, ginger and lemon juice.
- Fill a glass with ice and add in a few spoonfuls of the pear, ginger and lemon mixture.
- Pour in 1 part vodka and 1 part kombucha (or whatever ratio you like).
- Give a good stir and garnish with some fresh thyme sprigs and slices of pear.
