Ingredients
- 150g plain yoghurt (we used Bio&Me Vanilla Kefir Yoghurt)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 70g black beans
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
