After having major stomach surgery, eating became a daily struggle. My body reacted unpredictably to food, leaving me bloated, exhausted, and dealing with constant blood sugar crashes. Even small meals felt overwhelming, and I often felt stuck in survival mode.

Discovering Dr Megan through social media was a turning point. Her positive, practical approach to gut health helped me rethink my eating habits.
