My journey towards better gut health began in 2022, when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. For years I had been living in fight-or-flight mode, and what I thought was a healthy diet had actually taken a toll on my gut, contributing to my condition. The following years brought challenges, from a SIBO diagnosis to dealing with multiple food intolerances, and I knew I needed to make meaningful changes to support my gut health.
I first discovered Dr Megan Rossi on Instagram and was immediately inspired by her content. Her myth-busting reels helped me cut through the noise, and her practical, science-backed advice gave me the tools I needed to make positive changes. In particular, her tips on eating to beat the bloat and her delicious, accessible recipes made a huge difference in both my confidence and my day-to-day habits.
Today, while I still have more progress to make, my gut health is in a much better place, and I feel empowered knowing I can continue building on these improvements. I’m grateful to Dr Megan for making gut health simple, approachable, and inspiring — she has truly given me the knowledge and motivation to take back control of my wellbeing.
