For years, I struggled with stomach issues, including bloating and discomfort. No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to work, and I was left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and close to resigning myself to the idea that this was just how my life would be.

Then I discovered Megan’s first book, and I can’t even begin to describe how much of a game-changer it’s been. Although I was already following a fairly strict diet and managing a health condition, I was able to incorporate the low-FODMAP diet seamlessly – and the results have been amazing. I’m now able to pinpoint which foods were causing my discomfort, and for the first time in years, I’m experiencing days without any stomach issues. I can honestly say it’s been life-changing!

I’ve also read Megan’s second book, and it’s had an unexpected bonus effect – my son, who hated vegetables, is now actually excited about the 30 plant points challenge!
