A couple of years ago, I started experiencing tinnitus, which left me feeling constantly tired and irritable. When my GP couldn’t offer a solution, I decided to explore lifestyle changes on my own. While introducing food supplements into my routine helped, the real turning point came when I focused on my diet overall.

After discovering The Gut Health Doctor, I was inspired by her advice and recipes, and began making small but significant lifestyle changes—the most notable being learning to cook some of my favourite meals from scratch, like lasagne and meatballs. Dr. Megan has reignited my love for cooking in a gut-loving way, and as a result, I’ve felt an immediate boost in my energy levels.

Though I still experience tinnitus, it’s now more manageable. I feel healthier, less fatigued, and more in control of my condition. I’m grateful to The Gut Health Doctor for the inspiration and support, and I wish more healthcare professionals recognised the powerful role that gut health and nutrition play in our overall well-being.
