Ingredients
- ¼ cucumber, chopped
- 1 small banana, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 25g baby spinach leaves
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 35g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 100ml ice-cold water or a handful of ice cubes
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
