- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ tsp rose water (or vanilla extract)
- ½ cup cashew nut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 200g dark chocolate (or choc of choice)
Toppers

- Line a tray with baking parchment and add spoonfuls of the jam with spaces between them. Freeze for 30 mins.
- Remove from the freezer and dollop cashew butter over each of them, spreading as evenly as possible. Place back in the freezer for 15-20 mins.
- Meanwhile, break the chocolate into pieces and place in a heat proof mixing bowl, then place over a saucepan of simmering water or heat in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring regularly until melted.
- Coat each bite in the melted chocolate, garnish and leave to set.
- These jammy bites are fridge-friendly once the chocolate has set. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
